FAQs

  • We require 48 hours notice for the cancellation of any spa appointments - Late Cancellation/No-Shows are subject to a 50% fee of your Service(s), and $25 for Complimentary consultations.  We understand that emergencies happen, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment time, or if you are sick, or experiencing symptoms.

  • To protect our business from late cancellations and no-shows! You will be asked for a valid credit card on file when booking your first appointment. we do not process any charges without notifying you first.

  • We offer direct billing for most insurance companies for massage therapy. Please complete a DIRECT BILLING AUTHORIZATION FORM prior to your appointment and let our front staff know that you would like to use your benefits.

  • If your online intake form is completed prior to your appointment, then you may arrive 5-10 minutes before to fully enjoy your spa experience. If you havenโ€™t yet completed an intake form online, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to do so.

  • Please alert your esthetician or therapist if you have any contradictions or conditions before your treatment begins, ie. pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical ailments, and weโ€™ll do our best to ensure you are comfortable.

    • Feel free to come dressed in loose, comfortable clothing.

    • For Nail Services - Please bring flip-flops, (No birkenstocks or sandals that cover toes).

    • Feel free to bring your own cosmetics and toiletries to freshen up after your treatment.

  • For facials, we include the neck and decollete, so your esthetician will ask you to remove everything from the top, up, including jewelry, before getting under the sheets, face up. If these cannot be removed, no worries, your provider will work around them.

    For body treatments, you will need to remove all clothing, we offer disposable underwear, but you can also bring a clean pair of your own for after the treatment.

    All of our staff are professional, and trained for proper draping to accommodate your privacy in all treatments.

  • Yes please. The spa is a place of quiet, relaxation, and peace. We ask that you please turn your devices to vibrate/silent while in the spa, unless necessary.

  • No, we do not include Gratuity in our pricing, this is left completely to your discretion at checkout. Tips are welcome in recognition of great service provided.

  • The spa welcomes persons of all ages! Any guests under the age of 16 will require adult consent, and any children under 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

  • We do not offer any refunds on services that have been completed. For products, we will happily exchange them if you experience an adverse reaction, photograph evidence may be requested.
